A coupon’s Health Score summarises results reported by our community. It gives you context when choosing an offer, but it does not predict every checkout outcome. Understanding how the percentage is calculated makes it more useful.
How the percentage is calculated
Health is the share of current community reports that say the coupon worked. Each signed-in member has one current Yes or No report per coupon. Submitting another result replaces that member’s earlier report.
Health = Yes reports ÷ total reports × 100
The displayed result is rounded to the nearest whole percentage. As an illustrative example, eight Yes reports and two No reports produce 80% Health. Those figures explain the calculation; they are not statistics for a particular live offer.
Read the report count alongside the score
A score of 100% based on one report means that one member reported success. A score of 90% based on 20 reports means that 18 members reported success and two reported failure.
The second example provides more reported experiences, but neither guarantees that your basket qualifies. Different products, locations, account histories and checkout conditions can lead to different results.
| Illustrative reports | Displayed Health | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|
| 1 Yes, 0 No | 100% | One positive result |
| 18 Yes, 2 No | 90% | Most of 20 reports were positive |
| 0 reports | Not rated | No score can be calculated yet |
“Not rated” does not mean “failed”
A newly listed coupon may have no community reports. We show Not rated rather than inventing a percentage. You can still review the offer conditions and test the code at the merchant’s checkout.
If you try it, sharing your actual result gives future visitors their first piece of community feedback.
A Verified badge is a separate signal
The Verified badge is applied by our team when reviewing an offer. It is separate from Health and does not appear automatically when a shopper submits Yes. A badge should be read alongside the offer’s conditions and community reports.
We do not currently run automated checkout tests. Health is based on member feedback, with equal weight for each member’s current report.
Usage labels are not purchase confirmations
Last used and Uses today track interactions with an offer on this website, such as revealing a code. They do not confirm that the code was accepted, that an order was placed or that a purchase happened at the displayed time.
A recently opened code can still fail at checkout. Use the Yes/No reports for reported outcomes rather than treating interaction counts as successful redemptions.
Use Health as context for your own check
Review the percentage, report count and offer restrictions together. Our current calculation does not reduce scores automatically as reports age, so a high percentage can reflect earlier experiences.
Apply the code and confirm the discount before paying. Visit How we verify for the full explanation of our community process and its current limits.
