How we list offers, describe them and respond to corrections.
Describe the offer, not a promise.
Our team adds and edits coupons, deals, Store details and category assignments. Listings should state the available discount and any known conditions. A listed code is not a guarantee for every cart, customer or country.
Separate team review from community results.
The Verified badge is applied by the team. Health is calculated from signed-in shoppers’ current Yes/No reports, with one report per account per coupon. Ratings are a separate, moderated assessment of a Store.
Keep the directory useful.
Offers with an expiration date stop appearing after that date. Other offers remain listed until edited or removed by the team. We do not claim a fixed daily re-testing schedule. Report incorrect details through Help or Contact so the team can review them.
AI can assist Store descriptions.
Our team may use AI to prepare a description from public merchant information. A generated draft can be incomplete or inaccurate; editors should review names, claims and offer details before publishing. AI-written descriptions do not establish coupon eligibility.
Keep feedback relevant.
Store reviews are moderated and may be rejected if irrelevant, abusive, misleading or containing personal information. Affiliate links may support the website. Commission is not an input to the community Health calculation.
