What these features process.

WordPress accounts hold the information you supply when registering. Coupon feedback stores your account identifier, coupon identifier, Yes/No result and update time. Store ratings store your account identifier, Store identifier, rating, review text and moderation status. Approved reviews can display your profile name publicly.

Coupon interactions store the offer, day, interaction time and a hashed visitor identifier used to limit duplicate daily counts. For guests this identifier is derived from network address and browser user agent; for signed-in visitors it is derived from the account identifier. Raw values are not stored in the interaction table. These are interactions, not proof of purchases. The contact form stores your selected type, topic, message, optional reply email and submission time. Contact messages are private to administrators and may also be emailed to the support mailbox.

Why we use this information.

We use this information to operate accounts, display community feedback and ratings, calculate Health, record offer interactions, moderate abuse, respond to enquiries and investigate incorrect listings. The contact form uses a short-lived hashed network identifier for rate limiting; it does not store your raw IP address in the contact inbox or collect browser diagnostics.

WordPress and external services.

WordPress uses cookies for login and session functions. Hosting and mail providers may process technical logs or messages to deliver their services. Merchant and affiliate links may introduce third-party tracking after you follow them; review the relevant provider’s notice.

Administrators can use OpenAI to generate Store description drafts. The merchant name, URL and fetched public website text may be sent to that provider. The contact form does not send your message to OpenAI. Any analytics, advertising tags or other services installed separately must be disclosed by the website operator.

How long information remains.

Contact inbox messages are scheduled for deletion after 180 days, through daily WordPress cron. Scheduling depends on the website’s cron running. Email copies and backups have separate retention rules. Account-linked ratings and coupon reports remain while needed for these features and are removed when the account is deleted. Offer interactions older than one year are removed when subsequent interactions are recorded. Other site records may remain until the operator removes them.

Access, correction and deletion.

Use Contact and choose Privacy request to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information. Include an email where we can reply. We may need to verify your identity. The rights and applicable grounds for processing depend on your location and the operator’s legal obligations.

Use the form with care.

Avoid sending passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information. Contact messages are restricted to administrators, but no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
